Customer Service & Support Tickets

Our staff are busy handling calls, support tickets, packing orders, serving in-store customers and handling purchase orders, please be mindful that there may be some delays in taking calls. You can also submit a support ticket below. Staff hours are 9:30 am to 6:00 pm weekdays and 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on weekends.
After Sales Support & Service:
We strive to take care of our customers, this includes after-sales! To ensure we can provide the best service to everyone, while continuing to provide low prices, the best way to receive after-sales support is to submit a ticket below. Please note submitting multiple tickets, additional emails and other means of communication (including our social channels) puts your ticket back to the end of the queue. While we work on contacting the oldest tickets first, this means that it will take longer for our staff to attend to your support ticket/s.
We have additional self-service options to speed up common issues, we advise you follow these instead of submitting a general ticket.
